What is Biblical Worship?
It is our call to bow down or fall down in awe i and give reverence ii from within our hearts iii while presenting our bodies as a living sacrifice, holy and acceptable iv to the only one true God v and Father of our Lord and Savior Jesus, giving praise always and in everything we do vi, in Spirit and in Truth vii, with thanksgiving, humility, and all sincerity from our hearts. viii
What are the forms of corporate worship?
Prayer ix, the teaching and reading of His word x, making music and singing hymns and spiritual songs xi, breaking of bread and remembering Jesus in His death on the cross xii, tithing back to God without reluctance or under compulsion but with what we have decided in our heart to give xiii, stirring one another up to love and good deeds. xiv
What is the purpose of corporate worship? To glorify Godxv and build up the body of Christ in love.xvi
